• Ceiling  Clearance: Requires only 3” ceiling clearance. 

• Performance:  Our hydraulic cylinders will last over a million cycles, as opposed to springs on a California style overhead gate, which can only last between 5 to 50,000 cycles.

• Warranties:  
  • Limited lifetime warranty on gates, gate posts, tracks, and rollers.
  • 6 year warranty on hydraulic systems, as long as required maintenance is performed, using manufacturer's approved food-grade hydraulic fluid.

• Hydraulics: By using the manufacturer's specified food grade hydraulic fluid, the gate will perform within a temperature range from -70°F to 160°F.

• Maintenance: 
  • Records each cycle and maintenance logs with factory access available via the internet, reducing liability concerns.  
  • Only requires replacing the fluid filter and fluid annually, ensuring low maintenance.

• Safety  Features: 
  • Gates open away from vehicles during entry and exit, and remain closed if a person or vehicle is detected in front of the gate. 
  • Height detection sensor prevents gate from opening, eliminating damage to the gate and vehicles. 
  • Contact sensor activates a time-stamped video and email alerts to customer and manufacturer.

• Installation: Our gate comes ready to install, and only needs to be anchored to the floor and bolted together.  The electrical wiring consists of 2 cables and are color coded plug-and-go.  There are 4 hydraulic hoses, also color coded. This easy installation comes with a template that aligns the anchor bolt holes for the gate posts baseplates to the floor, assuring proper alignment. 

• Design:  No springs are required in our gate and there are no overhead ceiling mounted operators or track systems, so there isn't any welding or fabrication needed.

• Technology: Our state-of-the-art gates are equipped with industrial grade PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology, ensuring advanced functionality, ease of use and consistent speed, even at hydraulic fluid temperatures between -70°F to 160°F. 

• Standard Offering: The standard Houser Gate® size clearance between the posts is 10'8" wide and standard height is 8'3" vehicle clearance. Standard post height is 8'9" high. The overall width is 11'8".  All gates are powder coated satin black.  

• Customization: Custom heights and widths are available upon request, as well as custom designs, colors and logos on the gate.

• Access  Control: Three-step access password system ensures that management, installers, and maintenance personnel have no access to vital software safety settings.
